Town of Clinton: Traffic Court for Tickets and Violations

When you need an experienced town of Clinton traffic court lawyer who can negotiate your speeding ticket in Dutchess County, I can help. My law office of Glenn R. Bruno, Esq., has handled traffic tickets and violations throughout the Hudson Valley for more than 20 years.

You can benefit from my legal knowledge, my client commitment and my familiarity with the way town courts are operated, on the Taconic Parkway, in jurisdictions from Kent in the south to as far north as Chatham.

From my Poughkeepsie location I can advocate for your rights in many town courts. You should not plead guilty to any charge, on any traffic ticket, until you have spoken with me. Contact me, attorney Glenn R. Bruno, at this phone number: 845-454-2385. You can also reach me with an e-mail message. If you need an evening appointment, I can provide it. Your initial consultation and case evaluation are free of charge.

I will advise you of your options so that you can make an informed decision about your case. I will make the best presentation of the facts of your case to the judge and prosecutor. Once you hire me, I can go to court and negotiate the best deal I can for you. I will then advise you of the results.

A Defense Attorney You Can Trust in the Town of Clinton and Throughout the Hudson Valley

You should reach out to my law firm if you were ticketed by local law enforcement or a New York state trooper for:

  • Speeding
  • Reckless driving
  • Drunk driving charges
  • Driving without a license
  • Driving without proof of insurance
  • Driving while using a cellphone or electronic device

If you received your ticket from a state trooper, you should know that they can no longer plea bargain tickets with the motorists they stop. In some cases, I may be able to negotiate on your behalf with a town prosecutor or special prosecutor — and represent you by affidavit, so you do not have to appear in Clinton town court.

Don’t let your VTL points status endanger your New York driving privileges. Don’t plead guilty to a serious traffic violation and surrender to harsh penalties without fighting.
